THE WHITE FISH OF BLUE?

How to know, then, what is the blue fish and what is the white fish?

The distinction between white fish and blue fish is determined by the amount of fat your meat has. While blue fish provide a fat intake of more than 5% and can reach up to 15%, white fish offer a fat intake of less than 2%.

The key is in the queue:

The blue fish have the arrow-shaped tail.

In white fish, the edge of the tail is straight.
